Whitfords Brewing Company is committed to providing our customers with a high level of service. We believe it is our duty to provide our customers with the best quality of service available.

CANCELLATION: All cancellations must be made in writing to WBC’s functions team, at least 14 days prior to function date, otherwise the client will forfeit the deposit. Peak period functions in November – December, no less than 28 days prior to function date.

No refund issued:

No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled on the day of the event.

Non refundable:

The function cost is non-refundable.

Refunds will ONLY be made payable to the credit card on which the original purchase was made. Refunds will be made within 14 business day(s) from the date of cancellation.
