What to expect

Your evening begins with a welcome drink and a selection of gourmet canapés before you're guided through five carefully curated dessert and stout pairings. Head Brewer Callum has crafted a signature Fireside Stout, which serves as both the original beer and the foundation for four unique flavour infusions. Each beer has been thoughtfully paired with a handcrafted dessert to showcase how chocolate and stout can complement, contrast and elevate one another in unexpected ways.
